Super Eagles vice-captain William Troost-Ekong has lauded the appointment of Finidi George as the head coach of the national team, expressing admiration for the legendary figure’s impact on African and Nigerian football, MySportDab Reports.
Reflecting on the transition from former coach Jose Peseiro to George, Troost-Ekong highlighted Finidi’s esteemed status in the football world, particularly for his illustrious career with Ajax and Real Betis.
“George Finidi is someone who is a legend.
