Omari Kellyman has signed his contract with Chelsea which is now left for official announcement, MySportDab reports.
The youngster is one of another for the Blues who continue to sign youth players which are expected to stay longer.
Chelsea have signed Omari Kellyman who have gone for his medical and completed everything needed to be unveiled.
The move for many still remain as a shock knowing the money invested in making the deal happen with Aston Villa.
It is said that the move is inspired by a said financial rule which some listed clubs needed to meet before the 30 of June.
Chelsea and Aston Villa were said to be the list of clubs but they have managed to make some business together.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed a done deal with player already completed his medical as a player with the Blues.

“Contract until June 2030 with option for further year being signed today, then it will be official this week.
“£19m fee to Aston Villa.
An official announcement will commence as soon as possible for the new signing who is the second this summer window.
Omari Kellyman could be sent to Strasbourg or kept with the youth team for the new season as they would need him to get more playing time.
