Jim Ratcliffe has confirmed a decision made by UEFA concerning Jean-Clair Todibo’s move to Manchester United, MySportDab reports.

The defender was said to be nearing a move which would see him join the Premier League side this summer window.

A decision have been made in which Jim Ratcliffe confirmed today concerning Jean-Clair Todibo joining Manchester United.

The Old Trafford club have put in numerous plan on ground which they would look to add some quality to their team ahead of the new season.

“But that’s not fair on the player, and I don’t see what that achieves”, told Bloomberg.

The move won’t be happening based on the rules placed on ground for an owner involved with numerous clubs.

There are other targets the club would go after with other players being available in the market for them to sign.
