Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbache Enter Race For Mason Greenwood

The list of clubs interested in the services of Mason Greenwood has continued to pile up with Fenerbache joining the race, MySportDab reports.

A few days after unveiling managerial genius Jose Mourinho as the club’s new manager, they have reportedly identified Mason Greenwood as a top target to boast the club’s attack ahead of the new campaign.

Undoubtedly, Mourinho must have apparently engineered the shock move for Greenwood, having been credited for discovering the player and giving a chance for his first-team action back in 2018.

Amidst Fenerbache’s and Jose Mourinho’s interest, sources close to Greenwood reveal the player is not interested in joining Roma working with Jose Mourinho.

Meanwhile, MySportDab understands Manchester United are ready to sell the 22-year-old this season after his loan spell with Getafe.

Juventus, Napoli, Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid, including Barcelona have all been linked with a move for Mason Greenwood following his standout loan campaign with Getafe.

Getafe also want a second loan deal but have been turned down by the Red Devils who want a permanent exit solution for the player.

With one year left on Greenwood’s contract, Manchester United have two options on the table concerning Mason Greenwood – either sell the player or trigger the extension option on his contract and loan him out again.

Greenwood starred for Getafe, scoring 8 goals with 6 assists to win the club’s Player of the Season Award despite joining for just six months.

Amidst reports on his Old Trafford future, Greenwood reportedly put up his plush £2m apartment in Manchester for sale as he prepares for life away from Old Trafford.
