“Tuchel mentioned Antonio Rüdiger as example that he had already succeeded in the past in getting Players with great potential back to top performance.

Everything for now remain talks that are going on and nothing official or confirmed by either parties involved as Erik Ten Hag earlier stated he have the owners backing.
