Tottenham have announced the departure of key players as Ange Postecoglou continues his squad reshuffle ahead of the next campaign, MySportDab reports.

The Aussie bloke confirmed before the end of the campaign that some players will be axed out of the squad in a much-needed reshuffle.

With the London outfit set for preparations for the 2024-25 season, they have confirmed the departure of Sessegnon, Ivan Perisic, Eric Dier, and Japheth Tanganga.

”We thank Eric, Ivan, Ryan, and Japhet for their service to the Club and wish them all the very best for the future,” the club said in a statement.

Eric Dier was already out of favor in North London after Ange Postecoglou joined the side as manager. He was loaned to join Bayern Munich with the club ready for a permanent exit solution for the player.

Bayern Munich triggered Eric Dier’s permanent contract clause in March after his immense contributions to the squad.

The English defender saw off the competition from Kim Min-Jae and Dayot Upamecano to emerge as a top center-back for the Bavarians under Thomas Tuchel who was sacked at the end of the campaign, hence the decision to make his deal permanent.

Perisic, who sustained an ACL injury, and was ruled out of the majority of the season for the Lilywhites was back to his feet but was set for the exit. He was loaned to his boyhood club Hajduk Split and has signed a permanent contract with the club.

Sessegnon has also been shown the exit door after an injury-hit campaign with the London outfit.

He made only one appearance for the club this season and will be hoping to take up a new challenge away from the Ange Postecoglou-led side.

Tanganga is the club’s only Academy graduate who has joined the exodus. He spent a huge chunk of his campaign the Lilywhites on loan.
