Chelsea have unveiled another new signing Renato Veiga who completed a move from Basel, MySportDab reports.
The Blues have once again make another signing which comes after their unveiling of Marc Guiu who joins from Barcelona.
Renato Veiga is expected to immediately join the Chelsea first team after completed his move from Basel this summer.
The player completed the move for a price of €14 million which is a bargain fee based on what the player bring to the table.
Enzo Maresca has been the one giving the list of what he want added to the team which lead to this new addition.
Veiga is one who operates in the defensive and midfield role which will work so well under Maresca this season.
Chelsea made things official today announcing and unveiling their new player who sign a long term contract.

‘I’m absolutely buzzing to be here,’ Veiga explained.
‘This is one of the biggest clubs in England – the biggest for me – and I’m just really excited to get started.’
He Added:
“I’m a smart, aggressive player.”
“I’m comfortable on the ball and I would describe myself as a complete player due to my versatility.
“I’m comfortable in many positions on the pitch. I wouldn’t say I have a favourite position because it depends on the opponent or tactical elements, but I have played at left-back, centre-back and as a defensive midfielder.”
“I like to defend a lot and with my height and physical strength, I enjoy it. I like to control the game with or without the ball.”
The youngster pen down a seven years contract which includes an option to extend it by a further one year.
Renato Veiga is one who is seen as a future big name as he would immediately be drafted into the team instead of sending him out on a loan move.
