Girona has unveiled new signing Donny van de Beek who joins from Manchester United, MySportDab reports.
The midfielder completes a move after enduring a hard spell at Old Trafford where he joined from Ajax.
Donny van de Beek’s move to Girona is one that was expected to happen for the player who wanted a move away from Manchester United.
Talks for the move didn’t take long to be completed as the Premier League club wanted to allow the player to leave the club.
Girona made things official today after reaching an agreement days ago with Manchester United for €500k fixed price.
The deal is expected to raise further add-ons-on and other fees which would be paid along the way for the player.
The total package is expected to hit around €10/€15 million with Manchester United also including a sell-on clause which is huge.
The player signed a four-year contract that would run until 2028 which he could extend or make a move elsewhere.
The midfielder is expected to play in the Champions League which was also part of the reason the move was easy to make.
Donny van de Beek’s time at Manchester United to an end with Gorina now his new home where he would look to revive himself.
