Out-of-favor Arsenal midfielder Reiss Nelson is close to leaving Arsenal this summer. Arsenal’s London rivals West Ham United are reportedly close to brokering a deal for the English midfielder.
Arsenal are reportedly open to Reiss Nelson’s exit despite the latter recently committing to the club on a new long-term contract till 2027 with a 2028 option.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka to West Ham United close
Manchester United right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka is reportedly close to a move to West Ham United. The Hammers are said to have held talks with Wan Bissaka with a deal for the 26-year-old close.
Wan-Bissaka has a year left on his Manchester United contract but could leave the club this summer in the wake United’s defence revamp ahead of the new campaign.
Jurgen Klopp turns down England job
Former Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has turned down a second national team managerial offer since he called an end to his nine-year stint with Liverpool.
The 56-year-old was first linked to the now-vacant USA national team job after Gregg Berhalter’s sack but rejected the offer. According to Teamtalk, he has rejected another offer to replace Gareth Southgate as England new manager.
Wojciech Szczesny transfer update
Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny’s slated move to Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia has suffered setback. Talks with the 34-year-old has reportedly broken down.
Szczesny, who has a year left on his Juventus contract, refused to sign a new contract with the Old Ladies after the club opted to reduce his wage offer in the new proposal
