There are many reports of Chelsea still also debating on whether to make the move despite earlier dropping out.
The Premier League left the deal as they claimed it was beyond their financial reach to make anything happen for the player.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed a move to Paris Saint Germain is still a possibility to happen this summer window.

“Victor Osimhen remains on Paris Saint-Germain list in case they sell one striker this summer.
“No formal proposal on the table but he’s one of the names on PSG list, while also Saudi Pro League clubs are keen.
“If Osimhen leaves, Napoli plan to go for Romelu Lukaku.
The move is still complicated for now as all parties are open to anything happening in the coming weeks or month.
The striker have however reported for preseason with Napoli as he awaits to see what will happen in the market.
Victor Osimhen could join Paris Saint Germain who have to make a lot happen before pushing for any agreement to happen this summer.
