BREAKING! Chelsea Call Back Conor Gallagher As Atletico Madrid Move STALLS! [Details]

Chelsea have reportedly asked Conor Gallagher to return to England as the club’s deal with Atletico Madrid for the player nears collapse, MySportDab reports.

Recall the Blues had reached a £33.7million agreement with Atletico Madrid for Conor Gallagher. All was set for the deal to be sealed.

MySportDab understands Gallagher traveled to Spain since Thursday last week for his medical and signing of contract with the La Liga club.

Now, according to reports reaching us from Fabrizio Romano, the England midfielder’s move is nearing collapse with the Blues now asking Gallagher to return to England.

Chelsea request Conor Gallagher to return to London on Tuesday, set to book flight,” Fabrizio Romano tweeted

Following Chelsea’s order, Gallagher is now expected back in England with the move likely to be called off at the last minute.

Further detail of the report reveals  the potential collapse of Gallagher’s deal may not affect Chelsea’s late transfer swoop for Atletico Madrid midfielder Joao Felix, who has said yes to the club.

The London outfit reportedly considers Joao Felix separate from Gallagher although initial reports claimed it is linked to the club’s move to save Gallagher deal.

On why Gallagher’s deal is likely to collapse, MySportDab learns Atletico Madrid still want to sell a top player before they can bring in Gallagher.

Recall Chelsea had agreed club and personal terms for the services of the the La Liga club’s top forward Samu Omorodion.

Omorodion traveled to London and was on the brink of completing the move to the Premier League club before it collapsed at the last hour.

It is understood the collapse of Samu Omorodion’s slated move to the Blues affected the chances of Gallagher moving in the opposition direction.

All fingers are now crossed on the next step for both clubs should Gallagher deal finally collapses as things stand.
