Chelsea claimed a 2-0 victory against Servette in their Conference League qualifications first leg, MySportDab reports.
Christopher Nkunku started things off by getting the opening goal of the match which came after a long play from both teams.
Noni Madueke did the remaining job as the Blues took with them a victory which they would look to complete the job in the second leg.
First Half Report
It was incredible from the kickoff which saw the visiting side doing more than enough from what people expected of them.
It was a good one from Servette who made sure they gave themselves a fighting chance of ensuring they were not swept away easily.
For Chelsea, the game wasn’t easy with their opponent making sure they came prepared which saw it being a two-balance side match.
No goal was recorded between them, but the opportunities were surplus and it kept on coming over and over again as they both continued.
Servette was able to hold Chelsea to a 0-0 scoreline after 45 minutes of action between them at Stamford Bridge for the night.
Second Half Report
The action was fully packed in the second half which saw something else happening after a long wait for the home fans.
Chelsea took the lead in the 50th minute after Christoper Nkunku stepped up and converted from the penalty spot ensuring things became 1-0.
Servette did not give up easily as they continued pushing more with everything they had to try and see what they could make happen on their end.
The match continued with another goal which came in the 76th minute after Enzo Fernandez set Noni Madueke who was able to make it 2-0.
There were moments which could have added something but it did not as Chelsea finished the match with a 2-0 victory against Servette which they would play a return leg later on.
