There were some new faces that both managers put into the starting lineup to ensure they got their debut on the way.
Manchester United did not disappoint as they had things well organized from their end pushing to make something materialized in the game.
It was also not bad for Fulham themselves who contained their opponent so well that the game became evenly balanced between them with nothing much coming out.
The match stayed goalless while opportunities kept on flying from both ends with nothing being able to break the deadlock between both teams.
Fulham was able to hold Manchester United to a 0-0 scoreline after 45 minutes of action which happened at Old Trafford for the two teams.

It was still goalless between both teams with Manchester United seeing more of the ball but couldn’t connect things for a goal.
