The Old Trafford club now have less than 24 hours to make a U-turn or keep Sancho for the ongoing campaign.
Chelsea have also been linked with a move to Sancho lately. The Blues reportedly wanted to add the English winger to their options but only wanted swap deal with Raheem Sterling moving in the opposite direction.
As the time of filing this report, it is still unclear whether United will assent to the swap offer with Chelsea desperately hopeful of offloading Raheem Sterling before the transfer window closes.
Sterling earns a staggering £350,000 weekly at Chelsea and is ready to take a pay cut to join United. On Chelsea’s terms and conditions, a switch can only be possible if Manchester United agree to a swap offer for Sancho.
