Paul Scholes have come hard roasting the likes of Andrea Onana, Hojlund and new signing Joshua Zirkzee during his interview, MySportDab reports.
The legendary player was quick to address so much that is going wrong with the Premier League club despite the little success achieved.
Paul Scholes is one man who is shaking up Old Trafford over his recent interview calling out Manchester United signings.
He have come hard for the team once again by slamming the whole signings that is being made and not sparing anyone.
Scholes aired out concerns over the situation at Manchester United which he feels isn’t looking good heading into the new season.
He have major concerns about Andre Onana who he claim is of massive concern due to the manner of goals the goalkeeper concedes.
According to update from Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed the comments which came from the legendary player during his interview.
Here Is What He Said About Onana:
“I still worry about the goalkeeper Onana, he’s a big concern for me”.
“Even watching the pre-season games, a couple of goals he conceded against Liverpool…he’s a massive concern for me”.
Scholes isn’t pleased with the addition of Rasmus Hojlund who he feels shouldn’t be the first striker or option for number nine.
He Added On Hojlund And Zirkzee:
“He’s been brought into this country at 19, and he has to be the No.9 for Man Utd, which is an iconic role.
“To me, he should’ve been a second, third, or fourth striker. Now, bring in experience, but they brought in Zirkzee.
“I’ll be honest, I’ve NEVER seen him play.
Scholes believes there is nothing to look forward to ahead of the new season despite the new additions coming in.
He Added On Expectations:
“I’ve heard a lot of United fans saying they’re excited for the new season, but I’m struggling to get excited!”.
“The middle of the pitch being an area where we’re just f***ing empty”. “Teams just breaking through us”.
There seems to be a lot not going the way Scholes and many others expected of the club despite the investment.
