Arteta Reveals EXPECTATIONS On Odegaard And Merino RETURN!

Mikel Arteta has talked about expectations of Martin Odegaard and Merino returning to the team, MySportDab reports.

Both player have been sidelined for a while over their struggles which have unable them to play any game for a while.

Martin Odegaard is the most recent to go down injured while Merino has been out since making the move to Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta has given an update concerning both players as he had something to add concerning Riccardo Calafiori.

The Gunners are coming into another week of action which would see them play against Paris Saint Germain in the Champions League.

There are expected to be some changes with the team who took on Leicester City during the weekend Premier League games.

According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed some updates concerning expectations of seeing Martin Odegaard and Mikel Merino back by Mikel Arteta.

“Arteta on Ødegaard and Merino: “We’re not expecting any player to return in the next 24/48h”.

“Calafiori? We’ll see how he feels today, he was a bit emotional after the game”.

It hasn’t been an easy one for the London club, but they are doing well enough to make sure everything remains solid.

Mikel Arteta has been able to manage things so well with Martin Odegaard and Mikel Marino both sitting out injured.
