Riccardo Calafiori is another player returning back to their club after sustaining an injury during the international break, MySportDab reports.
The player will be heading back to the London club for further medical checkup to known if he is fully okay.
Riccardo Calafiori recently completed his move to Arsenal and one thing they won’t be looking to see happen is getting injury just like Timber.
The decision to call back the player from the Italy national team was to make sure every precautions is taken to avoid more issues.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed the defender will return to Arsenal to further check the damage that might have happened.

“Calafiori will return to London and he will be assessed by Arsenal medical staff.

Arsenal will be hoping the issue with their defender isn’t serious and he can return as quickly as possible to playing.
Riccardo Calafiori is also yet to command regular playing time with the Premier League who are still giving him enough resting time.
