Casemiro’s transfer decision has been confirmed amidst reports linking him to Manchester United exit this summer, MySportDab reports.

The former Real Madrid midfielder has struggled for form and has been enduring of barrage of criticisms from fans and pundits for his underwhelming performances lately.

His disappointing shifts for United hits its nadir in Manchester United’s Premier League matchday three clash against perennial rivals Liverpool at Old Trafford.

His passing error proved costly as United gave away two quick goals from Luis Diaz to trail by two unreplied goals in seven minutes.

He had to be subbed off in the second half with United’s U-21 youth star Toby Collyer coming on in his place. The substitution marked a disturbing new low in Casemiro’s career.

Known for his midfield heroics at Real Madrid, including a brilliant debut season with Manchester United, being subbed off for an academy player in such a manner didn’t augur well for the player.

He left the match at halftime before it ended due to frustration. Casemiro’s premature Old Trafford exit has spurned up speculations on his future.

While the European transfer window has been slammed shut, Turkey’s transfer window is still open and he has been linked to a move to Turkey Super Lig champions Galatasaray.

According to TEAMtalk, Manchester United, who are open to his exit from the club, have opened talks with Galatasaray for a possible move.

However, Daily Mail claims the £375,000-a-week player wants to continue his career Old Trafford and fight for his place in the team.

Meanwhile, he has been left out of Brazil’s squad for 2026 World Cup qualifiers in the September international break but is expected to return to Man United training before the next fixture against Southampton.

Casemiro still has one-and-a-hal-year left on his contract with the club but his days with United are numbered with £50m new arrival from PSG Manuel Ugarte likely to replace the Brazilian footballer.
