Raheem Sterling was on target as Arsenal thrashed Bolton 5-1 to advance unto the next round of EFL Carabao Cup, MySportDab reports.
Ethan Nwaneri was the star player as he scored a brace in the encounter which was an amazing one for the Gunners.
It was an easy game as Mikel Arteta see his side eased past their opponent without much troubles after 90 minutes.
First Half Report
It was a good start which produced some wonderful play until Declan Rice opener came in the 16th minutes making things 1-0.
Raheem Sterling setup Ethan Nwaneri in the 37th minutes to make sure Arsenal doubled their advantage to 2-0.
Bolton were unable to catch a break as they were all over the place trying to hold off play which didn’t work so well.
It was 2-0 after 45 minutes of action which happened on the pitch between Arsenal and Bolton Wanderers in the EFL Carabao Cup.
Second Half Report
The game resumed with immediate action in the 49th minutes which saw Ethan Nwaneri getting his brace and scoreline 3-0 with assist from Rice.
Bolton couldn’t stop what was happening but they managed to pulled one goal back through Aaron Collins in the 53rd minutes to make it 3-1.
John McAtee was crucial in making sure the away side were able to get something out of Arsenal who kept scoring.
Raheem Sterling scored a beauty in the 64th minutes which saw things going further to 4-1 between both teams as they carried on.
The scoreline increased to 5-1 in the 78th minutes after Kai Havertz wonderful goal which came after another collective efforts.
Arsenal finished the game with a 5-1 victory against Bolton Wanderers which put them into the next round of the EFL Carabao Cup.
