Harry Kane scored a brace as England beat Finland 2-0 to claim another three points in the UEFA Nations League, MySportDab reports.
It was another good victory for Lee Carsley who made it two victories from two games played as manager of the Three Lions.
Noni Madueke was productive in helping to add something by providing the assist for the second goal scored.
First Half Report
It was impressive from the kickoff which saw the three lions bossing play and trying to set themselves up very early in the encounter.
Finland themselves had made sure they were able to secure things while trying to hold down their end from conceding a goal from all areas.
England pressed so much but couldnt put their dominance unto good use with the scoreline refusing to favour them while they continued.
It was no goal from both ends despite how much they did on the pitch which only present opportunities that were wasted into nothing.
Finland held England to a 0-0 draw after a dry first half encounter which couldn’t see anything leading to a goal to celebrate for either team.
Second Half Report
The resumption of the second half saw a lot more happening from both ends which this time the goals came in from the home side.
England broke the deadlock in the 57th minute after Trent Alexander Arnold was able to setup Harry Kane who’s finishing was perfection to make it 1-0.
Finland lost their ground and started to struggle in the match which saw Harry Kane punished them again in the 76th minutes with Madueke making the assist as it turned 2-0.
England ended up taking all three points from a 2-0 victory against Finland which puts them in number one position in their group for the UEFA Nations League.
