Mbappe first blank as Italy came from behind to beat France 1-3 in their UEFA Nations League match, MySportDab reports.
It was a poor performance from the Blues who couldn’t make much after taking an early lead in the encounter.
First Half Report
It was an evenly balanced start which quickly turned into something serious for the home side while going forward.
France took the lead in the 1st minutes which saw Bradley Barcola score a stunner making things 1-0 between both nations.
It was going well until Italy pegged back into the game with a goal from Federico Dimarco which came in the 30th minute to make it 1-1.
It was Sandro Tonalo who made the assist which led to the goal and was the only action that saw both France and Italy headed for the break 1-1.
Second Half Report
The action resumed in the remaining 45 minutes with both of them pushing with everything they had the offer.
France was stunned again in the 51st minute with a goal from Davide Frattesi which was assisted by Mateo Retegui made it 1-2.
Italy added to their lead with another goal in the 74th minute through Federico Dimarco with Destiny Udogie making the assist as things turned 1-3.
The game finished with Italy claiming a 1-3 victory against France to take away all three points in the UEFA Nations League encounter.
