FT: Liverpool 3-0 Bournemouth, Luis Diaz Net BRACE! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Luis Diaz’s brace was enough as Liverpool claimed a 3-0 victory against Bournemouth in the Premier League, MySportDab reports.

The Reds move top of the table pending what Manchester City and Arsenal would play later on in the week.

Arne Slot saw his side bounce back after their shock loss to Nottingham Forest during the previous week.

First Half Report

Both teams had an engaging start which saw them pushing and looking to take an early lead against themselves.

Bournemouth thought they took the lead when Antoine Semenyo scored in the 4th minute which saw VAR coming to rule it out as no goal.

Liverpool took the lead from a sweet finish in the 26th minute which came from Luis Diaz with Ibrahim Konate making the assist as it turned 1-0.

Another goal from Diaz made it a brace in quick succession which happened in the 28th minute and was assisted by Trent Alexander Arnold to make it 2-0.

Darwin Nunez scored a brilliant one in the 37th minute with an assist which came through Mohamed Salah as they increased things to 3-0.

Liverpool cruised into the break with a 3-0 advantage against Bournemouth who couldn’t organize themselves so well in the game.

Second Half Report

It was less action in the second half which saw a better performance from the visiting side who did well with their defending.

Bournemouth were left with only their pride to protect after conceding three goals from the first half without replying.

Liverpool didn’t push too much knowing everything was already in their favor with more minutes left to be played on the pitch.

There was nothing that could happen on the pitch while both managers made some changes to see what they could get in the match.

Liverpool ended up with three points moving top of Premier League after beating Bournemouth 3-0 in a good game after 90 minutes.
