Manchester United have made their public statement concerning the sale of Jadon Sancho to Chelsea, MySportDab reports.
The player recently completed a move to London where he would first spend a season long loan before signing permanently.
Jadon Sancho sale have received a lot of behind-the-scenes talk from fans despite the issues between him and Erik Ten Hag being settled.
However, Dan Ashworth had so much to say on behalf of Manchester United concerning their decision to sell Sancho.
Many would have expected to play to quickly establish himself after his successful loan move from Borussia Dortmund.
And Erik Ten Hag also said the player won’t be leaving the club this summer, but everything seems to have gone the opposite way.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed the reason why Jadon Sancho was sold by Manchester United this summer.

“Dan Ashworth on why Man Utd decided to sell Sancho: “We felt we had enough depth in that particular position to be able to cover it”.
“We’ve got four really good wide players; Jadon was a fifth, and it just enabled us to make that decision”.
The Old Trafford club decided to let go on loan with option to buy at around €25 million which could raise.
Jadon Sancho will be looking to make his Chelsea debut when the international window is over for the month of September.
