The Spaniards secured a dominant 3-0 victory over their opponent at the Estadio Nuevo Arcángel in Córdoba, in a UEFA Nations League Group A clash.
This win solidified their position at the top of their group, while Serbia continued to struggle, sitting third in the standings.

Spain took control of the game from the outset, with Aymeric Laporte giving them an early lead just five minutes into the match.
The goal came from a well-placed header, following a cross from Pedro Porro, allowing the Spanish side to dictate the pace for the rest of the half.
Serbia, although resilient in defense, found it hard to make meaningful advances into Spain’s half.
Their attempts were stifled by the home side solid backline and their effective midfield, which pressed the away team consistently.
The first half ended with Spain leading 1-0, though Álvaro Morata missed a penalty in the 54th minute that could have extended their lead earlier.
Despite the miss, Spain continued to press hard, and it was Morata who eventually found the back of the net in the 65th minute.
The goal came after connecting with a pass from Fabian Ruiz, making up for his earlier error and doubling Spain’s advantage.
Serbia’s night worsened in the 76th minute when defender Strahinja Pavlović was shown a red card for a professional foul.
The home team immediately capitalized on Serbia’s reduced numbers, and just a minute later, Alex Baena scored the third goal, sealing Spain’s victory.
The dismissal left the away side with little chance of mounting any serious comeback, and Spain cruised through the final moments of the match with confidence.
