FT: Manchester United 1-1 Chelsea, Old Trafford SHOWDOWN Ends In DRAW! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Bruno Fernandes and Mioses Caicedo both scored as Manchester United and Chelsea played a 1-1 draw, MySportDab reports.

The game had its moments with numerous opportunities that both teams couldn’t capitalize on in the first 45 minutes of action.

It was a heated game which saw a lot happening from both ends of the pitch with both teams getting one goal each.

First Half Report 

It was a fair 45 minutes of action which was all about both teams digging deep to try and see what they could make happen for themselves.

Chelsea was equally engaged with them bursting through Noni Madueke’s position but couldn’t find a way of getting the clinical touch that was needed.

It was a perfect display from Manchester United as Ruud van Nistelrooy made sure his side had equal chances of making something happen going forward.

There were moments which was mostly for the visitors who could have made it count for themselves, but it was all amounting to nothing good.

Manchester United saw Marcus Rashford hit the woodwork before they headed for the break goalless 0-0 against Chelsea after 45 minutes of action.

Second Half Report 

The second half was almost similar to what happened in the first 45 minutes which both teams were eager to make their mark.

It was looking balanced with Manchester United making sure they came in with a different approach which saw the Blues putting on Cucurella.

Chelsea Robert Sanchez committed a penalty which saw Bruno Fernandes stepping up to make it count 1-0 in the 70th minute of the encounter.

Moises Caicedo leveled things immediately in the 74th minute through an outside strike after poor clearance from the home team which made it 1-1.

There was a late call for VAR which checked a red card situation as the game ended with Manchester United 1-1 Chelsea.
