England will be executing their fixtures in the November international break with some of their key players ruled out of action, MySportDab reports.

The Three Lions have a double-header UEFA Nations League tie against Greece on November 14 and Ireland on November 17.

Interim manager Lee Carsley called up some of the finest legs for the double-legged tie but is now set to miss them in the team.

The national team has confirmed the withdrawal of eight players due to injuries scares and other reasons.

Leading the list of players who will not be in action for the team in the break is Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka. Saka was in action for the Gunners at the weekend against Chelsea but struggled with a cramp.

His Arsenal teammate Declan Rice, who was also in action in the London Derby, also battled fitness issues and has withdrawn from the team.

Chelsea attacking midfielder Cole Palmer is also out of the team due to fitness issues. Manchester City star Phil Foden has also withdrawn from the squad.

Another key name that will be missing for the Three Lions is Trent Alexander-Arnold. Arnold could only play for 25 minutes in Liverpool’s 2-0 win over Aston Villa at the weekend before being hurled off with injury.

Other players out of the squad are Jack Grealish of Manchester City, Levi Colwill of Chelsea, and Aaron Ramsdale of Southampton.

To replace the withdrawing players, the team have called up Jarrod Bowen, James Trafford, Jarrad Branthwaite, and other players.

They will take on Greece in their first match on Thursday, November 14, 2024 before playing Ireland on Sunday, November 17, 2024.
