Atalanta has approached Liverpool Federico Chiesa who they are looking to sign this January window, MySportDab reports.
Italy International has been unable to hit the ground running since making the move to England last summer 2024.
Federico Chiesa has been in and out of injury and also hasn’t been hit enough to get playing opportunities with Liverpool.
Things might change in January as Atalanta has made their approach to try and sign the player in January.
According to Transfer News Live, Atalanta has tabled down a loan deal and they would like to add a clause to make it permanent.
Here Is What Was Said:
“Atalanta are prepared to sign Federico Chiesa on loan with an option to buy after he’s struggled for minutes at Liverpool.
The deal isn’t expected to cost much based on the player value which isn’t high despite just signing with the Premier League side.
Things haven’t worked out for him and the offer from Italy could prove to be the help he needs to get playing time.
Federico Chiesa is open to leaving Liverpool as his intention is to play regularly and revive his career which has been down for a long time for both club and country.
