Chelsea have reached an agreement to sign Mathis Amougou from St Etienne this January window, MySportDab reports.
The Blues have once again completed another move which adds more quality to their already filled team.
Mathis Amougou’s deal with Chelsea is done as the agreement is completed between all parties involved.
The London turned their attention to the St Etienne player after seeing their approach for Manchester City O’Reilly turned down.
They have been looking around for a new player in the midfield position with them already sold and loaned out many.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed Chelsea has reached an agreement with St Etienne to sign Mathis Amougou.

“Chelsea and St Etienne are closing in on 19 year old midfielder Mathis Amougou as deal is being completed.
“Fee around €15m, final details being sorted.
The player is now expected to commence the next step of his deal which will be undergoing his medical with Chelsea.
He will be another teenager with the team after reaching an agreement after several rounds of talks that took place.
Mathis Amougou will be announced as a new Chelsea player in the coming days which will also be his unveiling.
