Four Man United stars have been ruled out of Man United’s Premier League match against Tottenham Hotspur due to Injury, MySportDab reports.
In what could be seen as a dark chapter in new manager Ruben Amorim’s spell with the Red Devils so far, four names have been listed as set injury-hit and set to miss out on the Tottenham Hotspur clash on Sunday.
Manchester United, 14th in the standings, will hope to return to winning ways in the English top flight after suffering a shock 2-0 loss to Bournemouth in their last EPL match.
Meanwhile, Tottenham, sitting one place below the Red Devils in the standings and grappling with a poor run of form, will hope to take down the Old Trafford in North London.
The two teams are grappling with an injury crisis with Tottenham appearing worse off lately.
Also, United aren’t spared the blemishes as four players were added to the injury list during their training session in the week.
Leading the list of the injured players is Amad Diallo. Diallo reportedly picked up a hamstring issue and is set to be out for two months. Other reports claim he could be sidelined for the rest of the season.
Another player who also picked up an injury is Kobbie Mainoo. Mainoo suffered a blow to his ankle. His return date from the injury has yet to be ascertained but it is understood he will miss the Tottenham Hotspur match, including a few other fixtures.
United’s new signing from PSG Manuel Ugarte also picked up an Injury in the training and is ruled out against Tottenham Hotspur.
Fast-rising United Academy product Toby Collyer was also a casualty and will not be available for selection today. His return timeline has yet to be ascertained.
