Manchester United survived Leicester City scare at Old Trafford as they fought back to edge out the Foxes in FA Cup fourth-round clash, MySportDab reports.

Despite a strong start to proceedings, the Red Devils conceded first through Bobby De Cordova-Reid’s 30th-minute header.

They then bramped up proceedings to find an equalizer but were stopped by the resilient visitors.

Cordova-Reid’s goal was enough to send the Ruud Van Nistelroy-led side into the break with a 1-0 lead.

In the second half, United continued dominating proceedings with the Foxes settling for the low block as the pressure mounted.

Eight minutes after the half hour, Joshua Zirkzee finally got one back for the home side four minutes after he came on for Kobbie Mainoo.

With the scores tied at 1-1, the game was set for a nervy finish with United doubling down attempts to complete the comeback.

They came across a couple of chances but could not convert them. With the regulation time crossed, the magic finally happened in the third minute of stoppage-time.

They finally put the visitors to the sword with a late goal from the most likely of players – Harry Maguire.

Latching on a brilliant assist from Bruno Fernandes, Maguire scored a stunning header to fire United past the Foxes at the death.

Leicester City then attempted a late push to equalize and drag proceedings into shootouts but United defended well and ran out with a deserved victory to qualify for the next round of the competition.
