Manchester United have revive their interest in signing Frenkie de Jong form Barcelona ahead of the summer window 2025, MySportDab reports.
The Premier League club are now looking at making something happen despite Erik Ten Hag absent from their team.
Manchester United were planning on a move to Frenkie De Jong under Erik Ten Hag who wanted to make sure they reunite.
The offer and talk died down following changes at Old Trafford during the season leading to Ruben Amorim taking over.
According to report from Transfer News Live, those at Old Trafford are now looking at making a move happen soon.
Here Is What Was Said:
“Man United have told Barcelona that they’re willing to pay €50M for long-term target Frenkie de Jong.
His injury have played a huge part to the player recent decline which those in Spain could decide on letting him go.
Meanwhile Barcelona seems to be looking for a way out on reducing the player wages which they feel is a suitable option.
The Spanish would be open to see an offer from any team interested in signing De Jong when the summer window open for business.
Manchester United would hope their offer would be enough to make a move happen when the summer window for 2025 open later in the year.
