Nigeria Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has named his final 23-man squad for the team’s 2026 World Cup Qualifiers double-header this March, MySportDab reports.
The rooster for the match was originally enlarged to 30 but has now been trimmed to 23 who will be expected to link up with the squad during the first international break od the year this March.
On the goalkeepers section, Stanley Nwabali, Amas Obasogie, and Kayode Bankole have been called up.
In the defense, we have Bright Osayi-Samuel, William Ekong, Bruno Onyeamachi, Calvin Bassey, Ola Aina, and Igoh Ogbuh.
Called up for the midfield role are Wilfried Ndidi, Raphael Onyedika, Alhassan Yusuf, Alex Iwobi, Joseph Ayodele-Aribo, and Papa Daniel Mustapha.
The attacking options are Samuel Chukwueze, Ademola Lookman, Victor Osimhen, Victor Boniface, Tolu Arokodale, Nathan Tella, Sadiq Umar, and Moses Simon.

All the named players are expected to report to the team’s training camp ahead of their first match against Rwanda on March 21 away and then a home fixture against Zimbabwe four days later.
