Real Madrid have received a big injury boost ahead of their UEFA Champions League clash against city rivals Atletico Madrid, MySportDab reports.
Los Blancos will take on the city neighbors in the second leg of the 2025 UEFA Champions League quarterfinal in the Metropolitano Stadium on Tuesday.
The first leg ended in a narrow 2-1 victory at Santiago Bernabeu. Goals from Rodrygo and Brahim Diaz saw the defending champions undo Julian Alvarez’s golazo to secure victory.
Heading into what is likely to be a tough ground for the second leg at the Metropolitano Stadium, they will hope to hold the feisty rivals to ransom to book a place in the next round of the competition.

Now, ahead of the highly-anticipated clash, the Carlo Ancelotti-led side have received a major boost with some injured players back to the squad.
Leading the list of names back to the grass ahead of the fixture is first-choice goalkeeper Thibaut Courtouis.
Courtois started on goal in the first leg but was deemed doubtful for the second leg.
Sources close to the club revealed the Belgian goalie was dealing with muscle overload. He dropped to the sidelines in Real Madrid’s 2-1 win over Rayo Vallecano at the weekend due to the problem.
However, in a major boost to the team, he has been confirmed back to grass and is in contention to return to the goal post for the Atletico Madrid cracker.
Other key players who missed the Rayo Vallecano matchup and were doubts for the Atletico Madrid match were Anthony Rudiger and Federico Valverde.
Now, both players have been confirmed back to the squad and will be in contention to return to the lineup on Tuesday.
