The semifinal of the UEFA Nations League 2025 has been confirmed after the conclusion of the quarterfinal, MySportDab reports.
It was a hard fought one for most of the teams who pushed to extra time as they couldn’t find a winner in normal time.
Portugal led to way into semifinal which would see them compete to reclaim the title that they won years ago.
During the quarterfinal, the Portuguese national team did lost against Denmark in the first leg, but they later turned things around last night.
They overcame a strong Denmark side who dragged them to extra time after leveling the aggregate to 3-3, things later ended 5-2 in extra time.
For France they also came from a first leg loss against Croatia after losing 2-0 to getting a 2-0 win which pushed things to penalty.
France qualified alongside Germany and Spain that also made it through with penalty after they drew to extra time.

The semifinal first leg will commence on June 4th and 5th with the return leg going down in few days time.
