Diogo Costa could become the first Manchester City ahead of the summer window after giving green light for a move, MySportDab reports.

Things are already looking to change with the goalkeeper department as they are eyeing another number one to take over.
According to Transfer News Live, they confirmed City already have green Light to go ahead with negotiations for their target.
