Meanwhile, Harry Kane’s goal sunk them further from a possible comeback as they went down by a an aggregate 4-0 loss following the goal.
In the 71st minute, Alphonso Davies sealed the win for the Bavarians, latching on Harry Kane’s assist to make it 2-0.
At this point it was game over for Xabi Alonso’s side as they literally had no chance of coming back into the game with a 5-0 aggregate loss.
At the blast of the final whistle, it was Bayern who came out on top, winning by a commanding aggregate victory to book a place in the next round of the competition.
