Manchester United Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has refused to answer questions about his future at the club, MySportDab reports.

He was asked the questions on his future after Manchester United lost 2-1 against Basaksehir in the Champions League.

The Turkish club took advantage of poor defending to get their first Champions League win against Manchester United.

United had gone to the Fatih Terim Stadium with a good run of form in European football.

With three defeats from six games in the Premier League, United had gotten wins against Paris Saint-Germain and RB Leipzing in the Champions League group stage.

But they performed poorly in Istanbul as Demba Ba and Edin Visca both scored counter attack goals in the first half.

Anthony Martial got one goal back for Manchester United just before half time.

But, United failed to score again in the second half.

The loss to Istanbul Basaksehir has applied the pressure on Coach Solskjaer’s future at the club.

When asked if he is scared for his future after the loss against Istanbul Basaksehir, Solskjaer refused to give a direct answer.

He said: “I will not comment on this. Of course it’s early and there are always opinions out there all the time.

“I’m employed at the club to do my job, and I do my best to deliver quality results with our staffs.”

He added: “We were not good enough, the whole match. We started well in the first 10 minutes…

“We created some space and looked like we could score but failed to convert.

“We responded well and scored a good goal after their second and in the second-half you think we would score more goals but we failed to break them down.

“You try to play a short corner and we forget the players we’re playing against. Demba Ba gets in behind the defence, poor communication and lack of decisions.

“You should not see such goals at this level, you should never concede easy goals like this.”

Manchester United will need to secure a win in their next game against Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton at Goodison Park.
