Erling Haaland scored twice while Jadon Sancho scored one as Borussia Dortmund beat RB Leipzig 3-1 in their German Bundesliga encounter, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half of the encounter was evenly matched between both sides who couldn’t find the back of the net in the 45 minutes.
RB Leipzig had their fair share of control in the half which saw them creating few goal scoring chances but couldn’t make it result to any goal action.
Borussia Dortmund also had some brilliant push which saw them almost taking the lead from a good buildup play which ended in nothing.
The first half ended with RB Leipzig 0-0 Borussia Dortmund as they both headed for the break without scoring a goal in the encounter.
Second Half Report
The second half was fantastic as both sides found the back of the net while BVB dominated the entire 45 minutes scoring three goals.
Jadon Sancho gave Borussia Dortmund the lead in the 55th minute after scoring a stunner which saw his side take a much needed 1-0 lead.
RB Leipzig couldn’t get a grip of the game as Erling Haaland made it 2-0 in the 71st minutes after an error saw the home side lose focus and conceded a second goal.
The Norwegian made it 3-0 in the 84th after breaking free to score a stunner before Soerloth scored a consolation goal to make it 3-1.
The match ended with RB Leipzig 1-3 Borussia Dortmund as the away side claimed a much needed huge victory to narrow the gap on the League table.
