Chelsea Legend John Terry has urged his former club to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho this summer, MySportDab reports.
The England international has been in fantastic form for the Bundesliga club this season and is expected to leave the club at the end of the current season and start a bidding war.
However, Aston Villa Assistant Coach Terry is hopeful that Chelsea lure Sancho to Stamford Bridge.
Sancho has scored 14 goals and also given 15 assists in the German Bundesliga this season, leading to speculations the ex-Manchester City player could return to the Premier League.
MySportDab understands the 19-year-old would join a team of young players at Stamford Bridge under Frank Lampard if he joins Chelsea over other clubs.
And John Terry has also praised the performance of Chelsea’s less experienced first-team players.
‘I can agree that the young players have shown their potential,’ Terry told Frank Khalid.
‘We spoke about the likes of Tammy and Mount at the start of the season coming in as new additions to the squad and they have proved they are good enough at the very top level.
‘I can say that Sancho is one of the most talented young players in the world right now, so he will surely be a great addition to the Chelsea squad.

‘We can become even better as well but the ones that have come through, the Gilmour, Abraham, Mount, James, it’s endless right? We have shown so much potential this season.
‘So I believe every Chelsea fan and all Chelsea fans wanted to see: the youth team players and the younger players coming through and making their debuts for the first team. We’ve seen that alot this year.’
But Manchester United have also been linked with a move for Sancho, Chelsea may be forced to pay a shocking £120million to sign the wing wizard.
Borrusia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke admitted that Sancho, who he described as ‘maybe the greatest talent in Europe’, will have the opportunity to discuss leaving the club.
The 60-year-old businessman made it clear that the relationship between the club and Sancho remains strong, but the Bundesliga club are more likely to sell this summer.
