Chelsea have now made a decision about signing Borussia Dortmund Star Erling Haaland this summer, MySportDab reports.
The Blues will submit their first bid of £77million when the summer transfer window opens to sign the Norwegian.
Haaland is currently one of the most exciting young players in the world.
The Norwegian has a release clause in his contract which let’s him leave Borussia Dortmund in 2022.
Chelsea have now made Haaland their first choice top transfer target for the summer.
The Blues are prepared to do everything possible to sign the Norwegian striker, with Thomas Tuchel a huge fan of the player.
Haaland has impressed again this season, scoring 25 goals in 24 matches across all competitions.
The release clause in his contract can only be activated in 2022.
He will be available for clubs to buy at a price of £65m when the 2022 release clause is active.
According to Transfermarkt, Haaland is worth £99m and different clubs from Europe are determined to get his signature.
Chelsea now want to get ahead of other clubs buy making a good bid this summer to sign Haaland.
When asked about the clubs interested in signing him, Haaland replied: “It’s very nice when you know people want you.”
1Haaland remains under contract at Borussia Dortmund until 2024, meaning Dortmund might refuse to sell him this summer.
