Bruno Fernandes was very excited with his first win as a Manchester United player after they defeated Chelsea 2-0 at Stamford Bridge, MySportDab reports.
Anthony Martial and Harry Maguire both scored headers to give the Red Devils the win in a game which saw Chelsea have two goals chopped off by VAR.
Fernandes made his debut against Wolves before the Premier League winter break and overjoyed to win for the first time as a United player.
‘I feel great, it was a difficult game, a great team, and we need to win always to keep moving forward this way,’ Fernandes told Sky Sports.
‘We can do better with the ball, but here it was a great game. I feel great, I play for the biggest club in England and I am very happy, it’s a dream come true.’
Captain Maguire praised their new £68million man, saying:
‘He brings that extra quality on the ball, technical ability, the presence he’s brought, he’s a leader, long may it continue.
‘I’ve missed many chances this year, it was a matter of time before I scored one.’
The 2-0 win for United moves them three points behind fourth-placed Chelsea in the race for top four spots at the end of the season.
