Man Utd Star Alex Telles CONFIRMS Transfer Plans Amidst AS Roma Rumours

Manchester United left-back Alex Telles has now confirmed his transfer plans amidst interest from AS Roma this summer, MySportDab reports.

Alex Telles wants to stay at Manchester United and prove his worth in his second season at the club.

The Brazilian full-back joined Manchester United on deadline day of the last summer.

However, He only played 24 matches for Manchester United last season.

Telles started his United Career brightly but saw his game time got restricted as teammate Luke Shaw improved into one of the best defenders in world football.

His limited game time at Manchester United has led to reports linking Telles with leaving in the summer transfer window.

However, Telles does not have any plans to leave Manchester United at all.

The former Porto man is confident that Manchester United still believe in him to succeed.

“I’m very happy to be here,” Telles told Manchester United official website.

“I’m delighted ahead of my second season at Manchester United.

“Last season, we tried very hard to win trophies, so we go again this season with more desire.

“I am focused on showing my work and my value at the club.”

Ahead of Manchester United’s first pre-season match against Derby County, Telles added: “I’m looking forward to the match and with a lot of desire.

“This is a great opportunity for us players who have been around over the last two weeks.

“It will be a tough test but we are well prepared for it. We have worked very hard in training today.

“I believe this is an opportunity to show my value, and my quality here at Manchester United.

“I know that the fans and Manchester United Football Club believe in me.”
