Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola has now provided a new update about the Manchester United contract situation, MySportDab reports.

Raiola has said that there is ‘nothing new in terms of update’ about the midfielder’s contract situation at Manchester United.

Pogba’s current contract at Old Trafford is due to expire at the end of the season and he has not yet signed a new long-term deal.

If Pogba fails to sign for a new contract extension before January, he can discuss terms with different clubs and sign a pre-contract ahead of next summer.

The 29-year-old remains linked with moves to Real Madrid, Barcelona, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain.

Meanwhile, Manchester United are keen to keep the midfielder at the club beyond next summer.

However, Raiola has now revealed that there has been no plans for talks over a new deal yet.

When asked about talks of the new contract, Raiola told The Times: ‘You have to ask Manchester United directly about it. Everything is calm right now. There is nothing new.’

The Red Devils are keen to secure the Frenchman with a new contract worth deal £400,000-a-week offer.

Pogba’s decision on his future has improved for Manchester United since the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.

However, talks around his future have continued and his recent record in the 5-0 defeat at home to Liverpool has made things worse and sparked the rumours again.

According to reports in Spain, Real Madrid are ready to offer Pogba £12million-a-year with a transfer bonus of £25m to make him leave Manchester United as a free agent.

Raiola is pushing for the transfer to happen. Real are determined to Line-up Karim Benzema with his France Teammates Pogba and Kylian Mbappe.

Pogba has always impressed for France on the international stage, but his performance at club level has not been the same.
