The Met Police Drops Kurt Zouma Investigation After Apology (VIDEO)

The Met Police have decided not to go after Kurt Zouma who tendered an apology following cat abuse, MySportDab reports.

The defender could have landed in big trouble after he posted a disturbing video of him kicking his cat across his kitchen.

It was said that the video caused an outrage which saw the Police opening up an investigation into the player which has now been dropped.

West Ham United also condemned Kurt Zouma act which led to him apologizing publicly for what he did.

Despite the player in the video which he is also seen slapping his pet in the face, Zouma will face no formal charge over the incident.

Stuff like this have landed some big names in trouble which also saw Chelsea forward Christian Pulisic who was also hit with a backlash for his act against endangered species.

Kurt Zouma has since issued an apology for the attack and insisted it was an isolated incident which won’t happen again.

“I also want to say how deeply sorry I am to anyone who was upset by the video,” he said.

“I would like to assure everyone that our two cats are perfectly fine and healthy.

“They are loved and cherished by our entire family, and this behaviour was an isolated incident that will not happen again.”

West Ham United also released a public statement concerning the situation after it go to them.

“West Ham United unreservedly condemns the actions of our player, Kurt Zouma, in the video that has circulated.

“We have spoken to Kurt and will be dealing with the matter internally, but we would like to make it clear that we in no way condone cruelty towards animals.”

Kurt Zouma has been cleared and won’t face any charges despite earlier reports suggesting otherwise.
