Marcus Rashford has now started training ahead for the 2022-23 Premier League season, MySportDab reports.

Despite the new Premier League season being two months away, Rashford has already started working out.

He shared a 90-second video on Instagram showing him doing some workouts.

He wrote: ‘3 sessions in and feeling good after an amazing break with amazing people. Back to work.’

The video might impress new United boss Erik ten Hag, who has requested for a full report on every Manchester United squad player.

Watch the video at the end of this article.

The report also wants to know more about their holidays, and when they return back fully for Pre-season.

Ten Hag wants to know all about his players on and off the pitch.

Right now, Rashford is in California on holiday, where he got engaged to girlfriend Lucia Loi.

However, he seems to be more focused on improving his performance on the pitch after a poor performance last season.

Rashford scored five goals in 32 matches for the Red Devils across all competitions.

This is his worst goals and assists return since being promoted to the first team six years ago.

He started 13 Premier League matches last season and failed to score any goal.

Due to this, Rashford has fallen down the pecking order for the England squad.

He did not get selected for England’s four Nations League fixtures this month, and now uses the free time to improve.

Coach Ten Hag asked United’s players to report back for pre-season on June 27 ahead of their visit from England.

Rashford got linked with leaving from Old Trafford this summer, and PSG were mentioned.
