Manchester United could have to play without Casemiro when they face Arsenal in the Premier League on Saturday, MySportDab reports.
Arsenal are currently top of the Premier League table and increased their advantage at the top with a 2-0 win over Tottenham.
The Gunners now have eight points gap from second placed Manchester City.
Since the World Cup ended, United have also been in fantastic form, and secured their ninth consecutive victory against Manchester City.
If United defeat Crystal Palace on Wednesday night, next Sunday’s game against Arsenal could decide the title race.
However, United could miss some key players like Casemiro for the Arsenal match.
The Red Devils are at risk of Brazilian duo Casemiro and Fred missing the Arsenal game.
If they pick up a booking in the match against Crystal Palace, the duo will be suspended for the arsenal game.
This is because the Premier League hands a one-match ban to place with five yellow cards from the first 19 league game.
Right now, Casemiro and Fred are on four yellow cards as they host Palace on Wednesday.
Losing Casemiro in particular would affect United’s midfield seriously and change the game.
The former Real Madrid player has developed into a transformative figure at Old Trafford under Erik Ten Hag.
