Erik Ten Hag has promoted another Manchester United youngster, Amir Ibragimov, to the club’s first team, MySportDab reports.

The Dutch tactician is continuing in his bid to beef up the squad with top talents that deserves a place in Manchester United first team.

Ten Hag oversaw the transition of Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United youth team to first team.

The Argentina international has gotten to a bright start to life in Manchester United first team, having garnered five goals and six assists for the club since making his debut this season.

After Alejandro Garnacho’s success story, it appears Ten Hag is set to draft more promising Man United youth team players into the club.

According to Manchester United Evening News, the former Ajax boss has welcomed another Manchester United youngster, Amir Ibragimov, into the club’s main team.

Amir Ibragimo, 15, was spotted training with Manchester United first team after the 2-2 draw with Tottenham.

Sources close to the club confirmed Erik Ten Hag have given the nod for Amir Ibragimov to be promoted to Manchester United first team training due to his outstanding performance with the club’s youth U-18.

Amir Ibragimov is said to be one of the most promising talents in Manchester United Academy.

He is a Russian and had started his youth career at Sheffield United when his family moved from Russia to England.

Before joining Manchester United U-18s, Ibragimov captained the club’s U-14s and U-15s and was outstanding through all the levels.

Amir Ibragimov plays as a midfielder and his skills and creativity have generated interest from other clubs, making Manchester United to broker a new contract with him.

The contract was signed in August to keep him at the club amidst interest milling around him.

However, he is yet to sign a professional contract since he is not up to 17 years.

Manchester United are now placing him on a scholarship in the club as they hope draft him into the first team as soon as possible as he grows with the club.

He has made five appearances for Manchester United U-18 this season.
