Arsenal have completed the signing of Kai Havertz from Chelsea, MySportDab reports.

Reports reaching us from Fabrizio Romano says Kai Havertz will join Arsenal from Chelsea as the two clubs have finally reached agreement on £65m fee.

Fabrizio Romano says

“Kai Havertz Joins Arsenal from Chelsea. Agreement reached for £65m. Personal terms agreed medical soon.”

Kai Havertz is the fifth player to leave Chelsea this summer as part of the club’s summer overhaul which is coming into effect.

The likes of N’Golo Kante, Ziyech, Kalidou Koulibaly, Edouard Mendy are on the exit lane from Stamford Bridge this summer.

Arsenal wanted Kai Havertz and have already convinced the player of the club’s project. They have had their initial bids for the player rejected before finally agreeing terms with Chelsea.

Chelsea have now pocketed £65m from deal with Kai Havertz set to leave the Blues for a new chapter with Arsenal.

Havertz is now the first Premier League player that has been signed by Arsenal.

The Gunners are still on a the chase of West Ham top midfielder, Declan Rice, but they are set to face a battle with Manchester City, who are set to enter the race.

Declan Rice has refused to renew his contract with West Ham giving a big boost to interests from other clubs.

Despite interest by Manchester City, Arsenal are still leading the race to sign Declan Rice to fill in the gap left by Xhaka who has left the club this summer.

Arsenal are also expected to part ways with Ghana international, Thomas Partey, hence the Gunners will need more reinforcement for next season.
