Former Arsenal Coach Arsene Wenger has compared Liverpool Star Mohamed Salah to Barcelona Legend Lionel Messi in a new interview, MySportDab reports.
Salah impressed everyone yet again in the 2-1 crucial FIFA Club World Cup semi-final match against Monterrey  on Wednesday.
The Egypt international provided the assist Naby Keita’s opening goal, moving his tally to 13 goals and seven assists in 23 matches this season.
However, Wenger believes he is more like Barcelona Star Messi because of his playing style such as scoring goals, providing assists, creating chances and more.
“I love his style,” – Wenger told beIN Sports.
“Because his touches against  Monterrey last night were those of a top class playmaker.
“Salah creates great chances around the box which are exception, there are similarities of Messi in him during the game and I like that a player can score many goals and also be the one to provide Assists.
“That is the true definition of a complete player. This is what we love and what we want to see each time from our players.”
MySportDab understands Liverpool Coach Jurgen Klopp was also there during the interview and seems to agree with Wenger.
Klopp said: “It’s been very good experiences with Mo Salah but his most positive time was on the training ground, always impressing everyone.
“He is even far better again on the pitch. The fans in the stadium were very excited when Salah came on.
“Being in his position for me would be difficult, with every attention on me, each pass, each touch.
Liverpool play next against Flamengo in the Club World Cup final on Saturday after the Brazilian club sealed a stunning come back from behind to win 3-1 against AL-Hilal in a thrilling semi-final encounter.
