Japan kicked off their FIFA Women’s World Cup with a massive 0-5 victory against Zambia, MySportDab reports.
The Copper Queens were no match for their opponent who had VAR ruling out two of their goals scored in the match.
Hinata Miyazawa brace was enough to help herself which put five against their opponent in the encounter after 90 minutes.

The Copper Queens started the game so well with enough composure moving forward and defending for 20 minutes.
The flood gate was opened by Japan in the 21st minutes of the encounter after a goal scored by Mina Tanaka.
Unfortunately it was called back by VAR which was later cut off and the scoreline coming back to goalless between both teams in the match.
Hinata Miyazawa scored against Zambia in the 43rd minutes and this time the goal stood as they took a 0-1 lead going forward in the match.
It came to an end in the first half with scoreline 0-1 as the second 45 minutes was filled with a lot of goals scored.
Japan scored once again from Mina Tanaka in the 49th minutes and once again VAR did not allow the goal stand.
The match progressed with Mina Tanaka finally getting her goal to count in the 55th minutes of the match which made the scoreline 0-2.
Another one soon followed through from Hinata Miyazawa in the 62nd minutes making it 0-3 as Zambia couldn’t hold on any longer to the game.
It became a nightmare quickly as another goal was scored by Jun Endo in the 71st minutes making sure the scoreline turned 0-4 as they continued.
Catherine Musonda was shown a second yellow card which reduced the Copper Queens to 10 players as Riko Ueki missed a penalty which could have made it 5.
Luckily the penalty had to be retaken before Riko Ueki was able to make it count 0-5 before the match came to an end between them.
